Our HydrateRx Facial is suitable for anyone & everyone, as the list of Contraindications are very minimal with this treatment. If you are a little nervous to try one of our more advanced treatments, this is the perfect “first time” treatment to begin your skin journey with us. You can even have this treatment weekly.
Can I have a HydrateRx Facial treatment if I am taking prescribed Acne Medications?
Yes you can. If you are on a low dose or have been taking your acne medication for a long time, we can adjust the steps of our HydrateRx Facial to cater to your individual skin needs.
Can I have a HydrateRx Facial if I am Pregnant or Breastfeeding?
Our HydrateRx Facial is completely safe for pregnant & breastfeeding woman & is a treatment that will have you feeling relaxed & pampered while also providing your skin with ultimate hydration & rejuvenation.

The treatment name means ‘Hydration to the skin using Aesthetics Rx Skincare’. We wanted something ‘catchy’ with an obvious meaning as to the effect of the treatment on the skin so that you, the client, can instantly relate. No Anti-wrinkle, Profhilo, PRP injections in the treatment area
No waxing, laser or IPL in the area
2 WEEKS PRIOR
No Dermal Fillers in the treatment area
Must not have an active cold sore
No preparation on active homecare is needed.
4 WEEKS PRIOR
No PDO Threads in the treatment area
Post-Treatment
POST TREATMENT CARE
24 HOURS POST
Keep cool
Keep hydrated, increase water intake to 8 glasses per day
Avoid steam, saunas and spa pools
Avoid exercise and swimming
Avoid any activities that would cause excessive perspiration
1-5 DAYS POST
Continue with prescribed Balense or ARX Homecare Products and SPF 50+ Sunscreen
Avoid use of cosmeceutical retinol
Avoid Exfoliation
