I’m Marek Grabowski, the proud Franchisee of The Cosmetic Clinic Invercargill. My journey with The Cosmetic Clinic began in 2020, when I managed the busy Manukau branch in Auckland. With a strong focus on customer experience and a drive for business growth, I quickly developed a deep appreciation for the industry and its impact.

In 2022, I took the next step in my career by relocating to Invercargill to open and operate my own clinic. It’s been a privilege to bring both industry expertise and personalised care to the local community, and I’m committed to helping our clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.

I began my journey with TCC in 2017 as a laser technician, where I developed a passion for helping clients achieve their skin goals. My dedication and drive led me to become a clinic manager, where I developed my leadership skills and fostered a positive team culture.

Now, as the proud owner of The Cosmetic Clinic Manukau and Newmarket, I’m living my dream—empowering my team, delivering exceptional treatments, and helping clients feel confident every day.

My name is Katie, I am the proud owner of The Cosmetic Clinic’s located in Bayfair and The Crossing in Tauranga!

My experience and passions lie in business growth and development, mentoring, education, and all clinical aspects of the Aesthetic Industry. With a love for generating great client results, caring for others, and seeing my students truly excel in their chosen career, investing in a TCC business was the natural progressive step for me after many years employed in the Aesthetic Industry. Being able to build award winning clinics that are well known for providing safe effective treatments, alongside Teams that truly care about our clients has been extremely fulfilling.

My journey started with The Cosmetic Clinic in Auckland, in 2016 where I progressed from a Clinical Trainer to one of the Managers. After a couple of successful and fulfilling years in these roles, I relocated to Tauranga to open a Clinic of my own. After another successful few years on this venture, I continued on to open a second and third TCC also. Owning these businesses brings me a huge amount of happiness, purpose and success. I feel extremely honoured to be part of a network that supports and encourages its franchisees into positions of success as TCC has done for me.

My journey with The Cosmetic Clinic began in late 2021 at TCC Bayfair, a clinic owned by my sister, where I started as a receptionist. With a strong work ethic and a growing passion for skin and people, I worked my way up to become Clinic Manager. In 2023, I took a leap and opened TCC Tauranga Crossing, officially opening its doors in June of that year.

Since then, I’ve been lucky to have an amazing team of experienced therapists by my side—most of whom are still with me! We all share a huge passion for boosting people’s confidence by helping them look and feel their best. Together, we’re proud to provide a welcoming, honest, and results-driven environment. We love seeing our regular clients and always look forward to meeting new faces. Although this journey has been full of determination and hard work, it has also been one of growth, connection, and purpose. Helping people see the best in themselves—whether that’s my team or our clients—is a passion I know will never waver!

Having worked in the aesthetic industry in the UK and Australia for over 10 years, I joined the TCC head office team and moved back to NZ to help roll out the networks first few clinics. My first clinic, TCC Riccarton opened in Christchurch in 2016. In 2018 we opened TCC Christchurch CBD (I’ve since sold this clinic), then in 2019 TCC Hornby. I have thoroughly enjoyed my years in the network,  I love the brand and am so proud of the teams that my Managers and I have built over the years.

We have helped so many clients feel better about themselves over the years, whether it be removing body hair, fixing troubled skin, or the subtle anti-ageing tweaks. I am particularly proud of becoming a go to business for our clients in the rainbow community.
