Gift Card FAQs
Yes, our Gift Cards have a validity of 36 months from the date of issue.
You can purchase our gift cards online or in clinic.
When you buy a gift card online, you will receive an email with the gift card details and a PDF attachment. This can be modified specifically for the recipient.
You can also walk-in to one of our clinics and purchase a physical gift card.
You can call one of our clinics to find out the balance of your gift card.
The record of purchase will sit on the profile of the person who purchased the gift card. However, if you give the gift card to a friend/family, they can redeem it using the gift card number (printed on the card, or on the email when ordered online).
You have the option to customise your gift card online and enter the details of the person you’re sending it to prior to payment. However, once you’ve completed the purchase, the name on the gift card cannot be changed as it is filled based on the information you’ve provided.
Yes, each gift card purchased online can be sent either directly to the recipient, or sent to the purchaser with an attached PDF copy. The PDF copy can be printed out by the purchaser and gifted to a friend/family.
