Description

Similar to our Enzyme Peel, the Exfoliating Peel contains Pumpkin & Papaya Enzymes but also contains 5% Lactic Acid, an ingredient that is obtained from lactose found in milk. These ingredients work together to gently remove dead skin cells while Lactic Acid also helps to hold moisture in the skin increasing overall skin hydration.

Perfect for all skin concerns, our Exfoliating Peel can help you to achieve an intensely hydrated, smoother, brighter, more even toned complexion.

FAQ

What is a Medi Aesthetic Peel Treatment?

Professional Medi Aesthetic Peel treatments involve the use of chemical peel solutions that are applied to the face and/or neck, decolletage and hands to improve the appearance of the skin. Our peels use acids to break down & exfoliate the top layer of skin tissue. This causes a response that signals the healing cascade, leading to the production of new collagen, elastin & skin cells, resulting in brighter, less pigmented, more even toned skin whilst also giving you a smoother, firmer, more youthful appearance.

What skin concerns can be treated with Medi Aesthetic Peel Treatments?

Our Medi Aesthetic Peels can be used to treat multiple skin concerns & conditions including skin ageing, dark spots, uneven skin tone, acne & acne scarring, sun damage & rough, uneven texture. Book yourself a complimentary consultation with one of our qualified skin therapists to find out which peel is best suited for your individual skin needs.

Are Medi Aesthetic Peels painful?

No – none of our peels are supposed to be painful. They may cause different levels of tingling, redness and a little discomfort but not pain.

Are there any side effects after I have a Medi Aesthetic Peel treatment?

After a peel treatment your skin may feel a little warm, tight & it may look a little red. These are completely normal reactions & will continue to calm down over the next 3 – 5 days following a peel treatment. Your therapist will advise you of the aftercare that you will need to follow post treatment to ensure your skin heals effectively.
